To all our customers both past and present we hope you are all keeping safe and well during this latest lockdown and are looking forward to life slowly returning to normality in the not to distant future.
There appears to be light at the end of the tunnel and whilst we don’t currently have an official date for when we can re-open this year we are busy working towards opening as planned for the weekend of the 12th March. Just in time to start enjoying some lighter evenings and the emergence of what we hope will be a glorious Spring filed with sunshine, daffodils, bird song and freedom! We however continue to await Government guidance and hope the announcement on the 22nd February will bring some clarity.
Here at Long Valley Yurts we are doing our very best to ensure all the information we provide is up-to-date but please see the UK Government website for further guidance.
Peace of mind holiday insurance
Rest assured we are doing everything we can to minimise the impact that Coronavirus has on your holiday with us. We have on all of our sites implemented enhanced cleaning regimes, offered flexibility in transferring bookings until Nov 2022 and now we are able to offer holiday insurance for all new bookings through our insurance providers at Booking Protect. This can be added to your booking at the time of booking only. Sorry this is currently only available to new bookings.
For those who have transferred their booking from last year or booked with us before holiday insurance became available we continue to offer flexibility with postponements of bookings so you can enjoy that holiday away from it all at a time that suits you. For those who have declined the holiday insurance then our standard terms and conditions apply.
If you choose to take out holiday insurance through Booking Protect You can include this option in order to get a full refund of the purchase price should you or anyone in the party be unable to attend due to:
– Injury or Illness happening to you, or a member of your immediate family
– Adverse weather including snow, frost, fog or storm where the Police or Government have issued travel warnings.
– The mechanical breakdown, accident, fire or theft en route of a private vehicle taking you to the booked holiday.
We are very much looking forward to yet another year of glorious glamping here at Long Valley Yurts. We hope to throw open the doors and welcome you all very soon.
