The Roar
Full Day
The Roar is an exciting, rare outdoor activity that takes the whole day an is only available between September – November.
The activity focuses on tracking and observing the wild deer of the Lake District during their breeding cycle.
As it is only available a couple months each year and it often requires stillness it is especially recommended for photographers.
A minimum of 2 adults required when booking.
The instructor is a qualified Mountain Leader and Rock Climbing Instructor, and holds a raft of bushcraft qualifications as well as years of experience instructing outdoors. This means you are in the best hands when it comes to safely enjoying yourself while learning.
His personal and professional travels have taken him on expeditions to far flung destinations including;
- Borneo, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, Ecuador, Morocco and Oman
The years spent on adventures have given him a breadth of experience in different environments as well as an anecdote or two!
