Adrenaline Day

From among the toughest Lake District activities let us introduce you the Adrenaline Day.

This full day outdoor activity is aiming at those who like to challenge themselves!

The Adrenaline Day is combining two very popular and exciting Lake District activities; The Ghyll Scrambling (aka Gorge Scrambling) and the Honister Via Ferrata eXtreme course. 

Starting with the Via Ferrata eXtreme (similar to rock climbing and is one of the most popular Lake District activity) in the morning you will head out on to the course, through some of the:

• Old mine tunnels
• Metal ladders
• Bridges
• Cargo nets

As you progress up the sides of Honister Crag you will be connected to a wire safety cable so you can focus on tackling the challenges!

Once you have reached the summit you will walk down to the mine to have your lunch.

Afterwards, you will be taken to Stonycroft for the Ghyll Scrambling where you will be descending a mountain stream which include;

• Slides
• Dives,
• Jumping down waterfalls
• And maybe an underwater passage for the brave!

It is the perfect opportunity to test yourself physically and mentally!
