At Long Valley Yurts we have been monitoring the unfolding Coronavirus situation on a daily and often hourly basis as new updates are issued to ensure we are fully compliant with government advice. The protection of our guests, our team, our local communities and our invaluable NHS is of utmost importance to us.
In line with the latest government advice to avoid all non-essential travel, campsites have now made it to the list. We feel this was the right decision for the government to make in order for everyone to keep safe during this very worrying time. With this new guidance it is now not possible for you to travel to any of our locations.
As such all Long Valley Yurts holidays due to take place before April 30th have already been postponed and we will not be accepting any bookings before this date. We will of course continue to review the situation over the coming days and weeks and will keep you updated with any further news regarding this situation via Facebook or the Long Valley Yurts website.
May bookings; If you are booked in to stay with us in May it is looking increasing unlilely that restrictions on internal travel will not be lifted prior to end of May and it will therefore not be possible for you to reach us. If this is the case then we are currently offering postponments of all bookings to either later dates in the 2020 season (subject to travel restrictions being lifted) or 2021 dates. Please note should you change your dates to those in a higher price bracket the booking will be subject to an additional fee. All postponed bookings will retain 2020 prices even if transferred into 2021 season.
It’s really important to us that all of our guests have a special and memorable holiday when they stay with us and given the current situation that just isn’t possible right now. However, we hope that once we do all have the freedom to get out and about again that your holiday with us will be even more enjoyable!
